The differences are inevitable when two or more people join. It would be pointless and boring for two or more come together, if there are differences. Some differences are pleasant, others can be bewildering. The differences can accelerate to discord, conflict, competition, or war.

While a reasonable amount of conflict can be creative and enriching, conflict is not managed properly can be harmful. Interpersonal conflicts – in contrast to the conflicts of ideas or principles – in particular need careful management. Viewing a conflict or lack of harmony as the expression of the differences can help eliminate the fear of conflict. Of course, if it is a heating or emotionally charged conflict, only re-naming is unlikely to clear the cargo. But it may be enough for you to find harmony instead of conflict.

Living in harmony conscious is like playing a symphony – and know we’re playing in a symphony. At any given time, the section of the orchestra may be in temporary harmony or disharmony temporary. Both group members and the musicians must have the conscious intention to strive for harmony without being discouraged by making momentary disharmony that add interest to experience.

The symphony the composer wrote a score that the orchestra played and the musicians play with different instruments, in their own way, according to their capacity. Sometimes we are more aware of an instrument to another. Or we hear a solo or duet.

When we listen deeply to music, we realize space between the notes: the pace. Colors and shades add texture and volume and interest: the bell. We have different responses to different parts: the feelings.

Increase satisfaction when everybody in the orchestra of readings in the same place on the same sheet of music. Sometimes, it is important for a musician to play gently to mix with other sounds and add texture. At other times, it is important to play out loud, though the center of attention. Rhythms can change, even in the midst of a piece. The sounds can “fight” with them to increase the drama, before taking the decision.

The joy that happens when everyone sees the symphony as a whole, with each instrument plays an important role. To live in conscious harmony, we must accept the concept that we are all one. The comparison of the interactions of individuals in groups to one of the interactions of the musicians in a symphony or an orchestra can be powerful.

What is the song that they sing or dance to dance or instrument that will play today?
